Fava Beans (Foul)

Foul – Traditional Fava Bean Delight

Discover the heart of Levantine breakfast with our authentic Foul, a timeless dish made from slow-cooked fava beans, seasoned with just the right touch of lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Served warm and hearty, this dish is a staple in Middle Eastern kitchens — rich in flavor, protein, and heritage.

Topped with optional garnishes like chopped parsley, fresh tomatoes, or a drizzle of tahini, our Foul is as versatile as it is delicious. Whether enjoyed with warm pita bread or as a wholesome plant-based meal on its own, it’s comfort food that never goes out of style.
